Welcome to the sixth day of Blogtober with my autumnal outfit of the day blog post. You may have already seen me mention this skirt in my latest monthly favourites post, but if not let me tell you about it. I bought it from a Preloved Kilo sale, which is a travelling second hand clothing event where you can buy a kilo of second hand clothes for £15; this black skirt is one of the items that I bought from the sale and I've been wearing it so much over the last two months. I think it's a great skirt for autumn, on them days where you're not quite ready to admit it's getting colder and you still want to wear a something summery but warm. Here I've paired the long black floral design skirt with a basic plain black top from Primark and white high top converse, as I wanted the skirt to be the statement item in the outfit, so I kept the rest quite simple. To accessorise, I added some black flowery cat ears for a bit of festive fun, my favourite glow in the dark skeleton bag for some Halloween spirit, my tattoo choker which I wear everyday and a new piece of jewellery I bought from Wish, a bronze bird skull necklace which I am really loving right now. I wore my favourite berry lipstick too for a bit of autumnal glamour, the Lasting Colour lippy By Collection in the shade Aubergine Kiss, a gorgeous shade for this time of year.
I really hope you all enjoyed this OOTD post, let me know what you think of the outfit down below in the comments, and let me know how you'd style this vintage skirt. I hope to see you back here again tomorrow for the seventh Blogtober post; I will be sharing a super easy Halloween DIY that everyone can try out.
